Deep set inside the busy area of Geismar, Baton Rouge, and Port Allen is one of our quick response repair centers.

This facility typically assists the many plants in the region with keeping their production schedules on time and every valve up and running. This location specializes in control valves such as Fisher and Masoneilan. By keeping a large inventory of parts for these valves we are able to turnaround valves in an expedited fashion with providing either repaired equipment or replacement items.

Repair by Exchange allows LVS to prep “like for like” brand/model valves to have ready whenever a customer is in a time crunch.

This facility has a footprint of about 8,000 square feet and can accommodate the repair of any brand of control valve. We have a large inventory of control valve parts and soft goods to assist our customers with any quick delivery requirements. Some of our custom services include chlorine and oxygen cleaning, positive material identification for internal trim & valve body validation, and exotic material welding repair.
